PETER MORRISON CUP
MACCABI MASTERS SELECT XI 6 Glasgow Maccabi 5 AET
Daniel Collins' Masters side continued their superb run in the cup thanks to a last-gasp Laurence Swerener strike.
Mark Wagman's hat-trick, along with efforts from Daniel Kirsh, Nick Collins and Scott Ansher saw them home.
Masters manager Daniel Collins told TJ: "All my players deserve credit for lasting 120 mins against a considerably younger team. In fact we looked stronger and fitter on extra time!"

HENDON UNITED B (Prem) 2 LONDON MACCABI LIONS B (Prem) 3
The Lions are through, but had to do it the hard way as they battled back from a 2-0 half-time deficit.
Jonathan Green halved the deficit when the ball fell to him in a goalmouth scramble seven minutes after the break.
They drew level ten minutes later when James Gold was brought down in the box, resultin in James Stanley's penalty finding the bottom left-hand corner.
And the comeback was complete ten minutes from time when Ricky Rinder finished from close-range following good work down the wing by Stanley.
Lions manager Daniel Reuben told TJ: "We were shocking in the first half
playing against a strong wind and spirited Hendon side. We were certainly lucky to go in only 2-0 down and Hendon are probably kicking themselves for not killing the tie off.
"However, we upped the pace in the second half, changed our formation to 3-5-2 and "went for it". Suddenly we were imposing ourselves on them and penned them into their half."
Gavin Stollar, who was back on the sidelines and will resume the managing of the side with Reuben following his return from his sabbatical, told TJ: "I thought the character and determination we showed was second to none. It was great to get back on the touchline with a win."
Joint-manager Martin Smulovich told TJ: "We threw away a two-goal lead and very disappointed not to kill of the tie before half time.
"Lions B were clinical in front of goal and we were wasteful. Full credit to Lions for never giving up.
Ben Kon and an own goal scored for Hendon.

SOUTH MANX A (Prem) 2 OAKWOOD (1) 12
The Os turned on the style at the hands of their premier division opposition, and while the result may not have been a shock, the margin of it certainly was.
O's player-manager Ric Blank told TJ: "It's the ruthless performance we've threatened for a while now. With key players missing we were still outstading and were 5-0 up at half time. And it makes up for the farce of the Peter Morrison last week."

BRADY MACCABI 0 NL RAIDERS A 1
A solitary strike from Jonathan Blain proved to be the difference as the Raiders got back on the winning track.
Joint-manager Adam Fegan told TJ: "I was so proud. It was a six-pointer for us. We were organised and disciplined.
"It was a match of very few chances as both teams defended extremely well. We stood firm and showed a lot of character against a team who had a lot of confidence from their fantastic result last week."
Joint-manager Danny Caro told TJ: "I would like to add that we showed great resilience and doggedness. The boys worked their socks off and a clean sheet capped a job well done."

CAMDEN PARK VS BRIXTON OLD BOYS 4-1/3-0
Camden have shot up into the top four after they took six points against the division's bottom side.
Their first victory came thanks to goals from Darren Young, Russell Greenfield, Lee Levenson and Gideon Barnett, while in the second game, Greenfield, Michael Goldberg, an an own goal sealed the points.
Camden manager Justin Rockberger told TJ: "They were both pretty comfortable wins. Both games Russell Greenfield came on and made a difference to our attack and took his goals well. He's 40-years-old and still finding the back of the net as he has done for the last 15 years for Camden!"

CHIGWELL VS FC TEAM B 2-4/3-5
Team's recent fine form continued as they moved off the bottom of the table by stunning Chigwell.
Richard Salmon helped himself to two of the goals in the first game, with Freddie Marks and Dom Berko also on target.
Salmon then claimed a hat-trick in the second game, with Marks and Berko.
Glenn Michaels scored twice for Chigwell in the first game, while helping himself to another two in the second game, with Doron Weinstein also on target.
Chigwell manager Richard Slater told TJ: "Full credit to FC Team. They fully deserved it and we didn't do ourselves justice today, which hurts."
TJ PREDICTION:
CHIGWELL VS FC TEAM B 2-0/2-1

FC TEAM A VS TEMPLE FORTUNE 4-1/2-1
Slowly but surely, FC Team are moving up the table with two wins over second-place Fortune seeing them rev up their title push.
James Ryan's double, Danny Moss and an own goal accounted for their first win, while the second game saw Josh Laurier and Matt Drage on target. Rob Benson hit back for Fortune.
Team manager Jonathan Pearl told TJ: "We totally dominated and played some excellent football. They are alway a threat on the break and Rob Benson is an excellent and clever striker.
"I felt that we controlled the game and passed the ball really well. Danny Moss scored a brilliant goal from 25 yards and was excellent throughout both games
"It was a tight game but I think our fitness came through in the end. It was a much more battling performance with lots of scrappy play but two well-worked goals from us won it.
"We had chances in both games but credit to fortune who continued to push us and played pretty well. At last our season is up and running and we will build from here with a lot more to come from my players. However, I'm really proud of everyone today as they showed what FC Team is all about."
Rob Benson scored twice for Fortune, for whom Lee Fegan said: "We never got out of the starting blocks in the first game which was very disappointing and they deserved it - no complaints about that. We played much better in the second game and competed very well with them. I think we deserved a point at least, but overall, it's very disappointing to come away from the two games with nothing."

Norstar maintained their title push with this routine win over the Cats. Eli Houri scored twice, with Josh Green, Jamie Freed and player-manager Phil Peters all scoring.

FAITHFOLD C 3 MONTANABOCA B 5
Montana edged an eight-goal thriller though have to makedo with joint-top spot in the table.
A hat-trick from Matt Elash, along with strikes from Adam Newman and Adam Lenz's strikes completed the win, with Ben Simons' double and Steve Moss' strike hitting back for Faithfold.
Montana manager Nick Goodmaker told TJ: "We were really poor yesterday and got out of jail eventually after going 1-0, 2-1 and 3-2 down but we dug deep and thanks to some questionable refereeing and our substitutes we eventually won the game.
"Sub Matt Elash making his first appearance of the season came on with half an hour to go and proved to be the match winner scoring a hat-trick. Adam Newman who made his first start yesterday after a few sub appearances also got off the mark with our opening goal. Our other goalscorer was striker Adam Lenz, who scored his first of the season having come off the bench.
"We have to improve, be tougher and more clinical, Faithfold could have scored more but we were also guilty of trying to score the perfect goal too much. This division is tight and could come down to goal difference now so we need to be tighter at the back and more clinical."

WOODFORD WANDERERS VS FC MARYLEBONE 0-0/2-0
Woodford moved into joint-top though it could have been even better for them had they not have dropped points in one of their games.
The first game ended goalless, but Wanderers had to play most of it with ten men after they had captain Jamie Shafron sent off for two bookable offences.
However, in the second game, Darryl Green and Andy Levy netted in a 2-0 win. It also though saw them play it with ten men shortly after the break when Elliot Gold got sent off for two yellow cards, both for decent.
Jonathan Davody, who was acting manager, told TJ: "I would like to stress that we were the first team this season to keep a clean sheet against the likes of Darryl Green and Mitch Hahn. Though it was a great team effort, defender Olivier Halimi deserves a lot of credit and is a strong TOTW candidate. He was a rock in defense and his clearances were superb.
"Marylebone could have even won the first game after JJ Marrache missed a one-on-one against the Woodford keeper in the 2nd half, but it was a fair result overall.
"I'd also like to stress that Woodford only scored in the last 10 minutes of the second game in a very tight affair. It was a well deserved win for them but given their wild celebrations after they scored, it's fair to say we gave them a difficult pair of games.
"We had a depleted side yesterday with no first choice central midfielder but all players stepped up to the plate and fought very hard for a result. It was a good team performance over the two games and a well-deserved point overall for us."
TJ PREDICTION:
WOODFORD WANDERERS VS FC MARYLEBONE (D/H) 3-0/3-1

ZIG ZAG 2 HENDON C 3
The hustlers made it two wins from two games as Hadley Newman, Benjy Israel and player-manager Zvi Noe all found the back of the net.
DJ Neal's side twice took the lead through Neil Marcus and Dan Ezra strikes, but still managed to come away pointless.
A displeased Cohen told TJ: "The referee was a disgrace. He gave them a penalty which they missed and got every decision wrong."

"We deserved a draw. The killer third goal was in stoppage time and I look forward to Neasden A next week!"

UJIA restored parity in the second game as an Oliver Henry double and strikes from Brad Cohen, Jennings and Matt Radstone saw them to a convincing win in the second. Feuer scored again for HMH.

PINNER 1 REDBRIDGE C 6
Redbridge stay in fifth spot thanks to this comprehensive win over which saw six different goalscorers get on the scoreheet - and which also saw deja vu striker again.
Redbridge manager Michael Winehouse told TJ: "We went 1-0 down again, then woke up and never looked back. We also had three goals disallowed and it was still a rout. It improved our goal difference so I'm very happy.
"If we keep winning we will be up there come May."
Jake Sanders, Kane Hopps, Ell Castle, Dave Castle, Lee Grodent and Zach Forest all scored for the visitors.
James Press scored for Pinner.

NORSTAR B VS TEAM JLGB 1-1/4-0
Norstar moved themselves into the top - or joint-top - though again, it could have been even better for them.
Having drawn the first game 1-1 thanks to Maurice Franks' strike, though they then went onto win comfortably win the second goal thanks to a Franks double, along with efforts from Adam Pike and Adam Lipman.
Norstar manager Jonny Bunt told TJ: "They were two good games and two fair results. The first was a close game could've gone either way, but in the second our superior passing and fitness really told!
"Gutted not to get six points but HMH did us a favour!"
Jon Reid earned a point for JLGB in the first game. Manager Oliver Shoffren told TJ: "We didn't have the legs to make much of a contest of the second game, sadly as at one point nearly won the first game."
