Maccabi GB launches 2022 Yellow Candle Project Yellow Candle, a project of Maccabi GB has now launched. This annual initiative, which honours those whose lives were tragically lost in the Holocaust, will see thousands of Yellow Candles distributed ahead of Yom HaShoah – Holocaust Remembrance Day – beginning on the evening of Wednesday 27th April, ensuring we Never Forget.

Mental Health Awareness Shabbat Maccabi GB were proud to support Jami’s Mental Health Awareness Shabbat last weekend. Highlighting positive mental health is incredibly important and we were pleased that through our Affiliated Football Leagues, we could assist reaching as wide an audience as possible. Players from the Maccabi GB Southern Football League, Masters and Juniors League paused for one minute before their match on Sunday, to think about how they can speak to their friends and family openly about Mental Health.

This Sunday sees reigning champions host Maccabi 3rd with both teams catching up on league matches.
