Maccabi GB Year in numbers - 2020
We are very excited to share the Maccabi GB Year in Numbers which highlights some of our achievements in 2020. Although this was ‘a year like no other’, we are delighted that we still reached so many people and have managed to remain at the heart of the community even during these difficult times.

Stand Up! Teacher Training - Thursday 14th January
Join the Stand Up! team on Thursday 14^th January 2021 for a unique teaching training session on discrimination with a specific focus on addressing anti-Semitic and anti-Muslim rhetoric in secondary schools.

Maccabi GB online Pan-European Chess Tournament - Sunday 17th January
Calling all Chess champions...Maccabi GB supported by Maccabi Europe
and organised by Premier Chess Coaching are delighted to run the online Maccabi Pan-European Chess Tournament. The tournament will be hosted on the virtual platform Lichess.

Leadership by Streetwise 2021
Leadership by Streetwise is a unique Sports Leadership programme delivered by Streetwise and the community's sports provider, Maccabi GB. The programme is accredited by Sports Leaders UK.

Leadership will give you the qualifications and skills needed to lead sports sessions, coach teams and run sporting events, inspiring the community through your passion for sport. Sports Leaders UK's Level 1, 2 and 3 will stand out on your UCAS form and impress future employers.

The Course is open for young people in school years 10 – 13.

The Leadership by Streetwise programme will run from February to September 2021.

Streetwise Primary School Programmes 2021
With the current school closures, Streetwise are now offering its full range of programmes via online platforms to Jewish Primary Schools. Sessions are on the topics of Anti-Bullying, Online Safety and Relationships Education and are available for immediate booking.

ÁGNES KELETI 100 Book - Maccabi Hungary
We are pleased to announce to all Maccabi members around the world that the book on Ágnes Keleti’s life has been published and is available.

We trust that you will find this book interesting and inspirational, showing the life of a 100 year old Jewish Olympic champion and a world prominent athlete.

Ágnes Keleti is indeed one of the greatest Jewish athletes ever. She is the spirit and founder of the Israeli gymnastics profession and the oldest living Olympic champion.
