The UK New Israel Fund partner with and fund Israeli organisations that defend democracy and deliver a fairer society for all.

Through our work, we:
• Empower minorities and marginalised people
• Defend democracy and human rights for Israelis and Palestinians
• Advance partnership between Arab and Jewish leaders and communities

Since October 7th, we have distributed 65 emergency grants.
Our work initially focused on 3 main areas:
1. Essential humanitarian assistance for the most vulnerable people affected by the attacks.
2. Preventing violence in mixed cities and promoting community cohesion
3. Mental health support and trauma counselling

We are investing in the ‘day after’ the current war and training Jewish and Palestinian leaders and developing new, long-term policies that create a political road map towards lasting security.
